Black sun is seen in several places in the country, but the largest flocks can be found in Tøndermarsken.
They occasionally hold up to 1 million. birds.

Black sun can be experienced right in front of the inn from 1 March to 10 April and again from 30 August to the end of October. There are guided tours Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and some Saturdays.

We arrange guided SORT SOL tours with departure from Rudbøl Border Cross. First, an exciting story. Then follow the guide in your own car.

Special price is 50 kr. pers for the inn’s accommodation and diners.
